New Speed Limit Device

Looking for effective speed limit device for your final year project?

Here is one of the most rewarding innovation of the year:
A portable, easy-to-maintain, effective, traffic disruption free and cheap patent pending speed limit device.

UTP should seriously consider this new speed limit device to be implemented in the campus. Having 15 bumps from the car park outside my room to the entrance of UTP is not fun, at all. It's fuel consuming. It's forcing the driver to emit more carbon into the atmosphere. It's contributing to global warming.

Hey UTP, please flatten all the bumps and replace them with this effective and green speed limit device. We don't need bumps to have fun.

I got this from my friend Alan. Thanks for the creative idea.
